After our big win in the opening round, we were all looking forward to our round 2 game against Kanwal, which had been moved from Terry Oval Eastern Road Oval, Bateau Bay. It was certainly the first time we had played there as a team and despite the pitch being a little soft in some areas and the grass being longer than might have been ideal, it looked like playing okay. Coming off a 4-2 defeat last week on a muddy Wyoming pitch, the Fs were heartened by the sight of a solid green field of good grass at Bateau Bay. After a solid training effort on Wednesday night practising 5-on-5 attacks, the Fs were feeling slightly more organised than in the opening game. Read more

The team travelled to Allan Davidson oval Wyoming for the first games of the 2015 season and the first game together as a new team. After a trial victory a couple of weeks before, hopes were high of a good first up result. Read more

The 35B’s 2015 season campaign commenced with a pleasant trip to the peninsula for a match against Southern Ettalong. As our opponents had been promoted from C grade, we had no idea what to expect but we were certainly looking forward to the game, especially after the rain had closed a number of other grounds.
