BUFC 45 A vs Toukley Match Report

A great effort by the boys today in what was a 34deg afternoon and with only one sub, Barnstoneworth got off to a storming start and played what can only be described a great football, Brad Finch, scored after 28 minutes following on from a great through ball from Duncan stone, we dominated the remaining 12 minutes of the first half limiting Toukley to long range efforts which never worried Kharl Sadiq the keeper.

The boys began to tire in the second half and the heat began to take its toll, and with Toukley being able to call on 5 subs, began to gain a bit of momentum, but our defence held firm, a long ball over the top of our defence in 66 minute and a slip by the defender gave their striker a 1 on 1 chance with our keeper and slotted it home well, 1 all draw was not the result we deserved but we will take the point, looking forward to Kincumber next Saturday (GREAT EFFORT BOYS )
