Once again off to Wyoming, where the sky was threatening, the pitch slow and the moat full. Fortunately, we all made the game on time. Unfortunately supercoach Dave ‘Paymemorekash’ Prakash thought it was Wednesday and warmed us up rather efficiently. Read more
Round 5 saw us away to Killarney Vale and despite another wet week, EDSAAC Oval was thankfully in pretty good shape for the game. Kilarney started the game strongly and we found ourselves having to defend for long periods, so it was a little against the run of play when Adam was released with a great through ball and put one on one with their keeper, which he finished off with a composed finish. The 35B’s 2015 season campaign commenced with a pleasant trip to the peninsula for a match against Southern Ettalong. As our opponents had been promoted from C grade, we had no idea what to expect but we were certainly looking forward to the game, especially after the rain had closed a number of other grounds.
